Program offers rebates for appliances, air source/ductless heat pumps, duct sealing, insulation, windows/doors, new homes, and heat pump water heaters. Electric heating customers can get a $100 rebate on a Nest, ecobee, Bryant, or Carrier thermostat from Columbia River PUD.
